thank you to delicia bakery for letting me bake the pies in their oven when mine wouldn't heat up; to hae jung, the other half of my 2-woman cooking crew, for rolling out the pie crust in record time; to my friends who came to eat and ended up working: matthew for holding down the cold station and for ferrying the pies to the bakery; to thao and monica for running the food to the dining room; to judy for helping prep before the supper; to minh for washing the salad, then the dishes afterwards; and a big polar bear hug, kiss, and thank you to erica for assistance too numerous to mention!
